Managing CastHub from your phone
The CastHub dashboard is mobile friendly. Open dashboard.cast-hub.com in your phone’s browser and sign in with the same credentials you use on a desktop. You get the same interface, so day-to-day work is available wherever you are: checking that screens are online, swapping a presentation, starting or stopping an alert, or adding a new display with its TV code.
Control your screens through an AI assistant
The more useful route on a phone is CastHub’s MCP server. Because it authenticates with OAuth rather than through a device-specific app, any MCP-compatible assistant can operate your signage, including on mobile. Ask what is currently playing on a display, publish a presentation to a group, or start an emergency alert, in plain language.
Write actions behave exactly as they do on the desktop. CastHub previews the proposed change and waits for your explicit confirmation before anything reaches a screen. Read actions run freely, so checking status costs nothing. See the MCP platform pages to connect your assistant.
When to use a desktop instead
Use a desktop browser when you are uploading and organizing many files at once, configuring remote device commands on an Amazon Signage Stick, setting up a large initial deployment, or working in the presentation editor, where a wide screen genuinely helps.
A note on the app stores
Searching the App Store or Google Play for CastHub returns our playback apps, which install on Apple TV, Android TV, Fire TV and similar devices to display content on a screen. They are not phone administration apps. There is no CastHub app for iPhone, iPad or Android phones; use the dashboard in your browser, or your AI assistant.
