Sign in with Microsoft or Google

CastHub supports single sign-on with Microsoft and Google accounts. SSO removes the need to manage a separate CastHub password and lets your identity provider control who has access.

Sign in with an existing CastHub account

If your CastHub account already exists with an email that matches your Microsoft or Google identity, choose Sign in with Microsoft or Sign in with Google on the login screen. After the identity provider confirms you, CastHub signs you in with the matching account.

Create a new CastHub account with SSO

If you do not yet have a CastHub account, choose Sign in with Microsoft or Sign in with Google on the login screen. CastHub will create an account using the email returned by the identity provider. Update your profile and choose a plan after first sign-in.

Common SSO issues

“This email is already in use” usually means a CastHub account exists with that email but was created with email/password. Sign in once with the password, then connect SSO from the profile area, or use the password reset flow to recover the account.

If you do not see Microsoft or Google sign-in buttons, refresh the page; some browsers block third-party SSO buttons until cookies are accepted.

If your organization revokes your Microsoft or Google account, your CastHub access via SSO is revoked at the same time. Set a CastHub password from the profile area if you want a backup sign-in method.
