Digital Frame TV grew into CastHub at Home
Putting your family’s photos on the biggest screen in the house was the start. CastHub at Home connects the TVs in every home of the family to everyone’s phone, with the calendar, clips and documents alongside the photos.

What changes for youWhat a wall TV can do
A day on the family TV
A frame shows photos. The TV your family already owns can carry the whole day, in every home.
7:10 AM
The week, before the kettle boils
CastHub at Home shows the Google, Apple or Outlook calendar your family already keeps, drawn big enough to read across the kitchen. Add a practice to your calendar and the TV has it within about 15 minutes. Nobody types anything twice.
12:40 PM
A photo from the game, before the drive home
Everyone in the family adds from their own phone. Open an album, tap Add and pick as many photos as you like from your library. Every TV playing that album has them: the kitchen at home and the den at Grandma’s.
4:15 PM
The fridge door, retired
Any PDF or PowerPoint becomes pages on the TV: the chore chart, the week’s dinners, the recital program, a birthday sign made in Canva. Short clips play too, between the photos.
6:30 PM
Grandma’s TV, from your sofa
The Family tab in the app shows every TV in every home: what each one is playing and when it was last seen. Change the album on Grandma’s TV from another city, or ask Cass to restart it.Restart, on and off need an Amazon Signage Stick on that TV.
10:00 PM
Lights out, all on its own
Quiet hours switch Grandma’s TV off at ten and back on at seven, every day, in her own time zone, so the den never glows at 2 a.m. They work on a TV with an Amazon Signage Stick, about $100.
Beyond a frame
One family. Every home. Everyone’s phone.
Digital Frame TV turned a TV into a photo frame. CastHub at Home runs the family’s TVs as one: your house, Grandma’s house, the lake house, each with its own TVs, all playing albums the whole family adds to. Invite anyone from the People tab, and one person can look after every screen from anywhere.

Made for Grandma. Run by the family.

For grandparents
Nothing new for her to learn
With CastHub at Home, the TV in the den, the one she already knows how to switch on, fills with new photos of the family at the size of the wall. You set it up once, on a visit or with her on the phone, and change what it shows from your own phone. With an Amazon Signage Stick it switches itself off at night and back on for breakfast.

For parents
The kitchen TV becomes the family noticeboard
CastHub at Home puts the week’s calendar, the chore chart, the school photos and the painting from art class on the screen everyone walks past. Both parents add from their own phones, so keeping it fresh is never one person’s job.
The size of it
The biggest screen in the house is already on your wall
A 55-inch TV shows a photo with about 28 times the picture area of a 10.1-inch frame, a common size for digital photo frames. It already hangs where the family sits, it is already on Wi-Fi, and it is already paid for.
CastHub at Home runs on the CastHub app from the TV’s own app store, or on an Amazon Signage Stick (about $100) when you want the TV switched on and off from your phone.

Questions
Digital Frame TV families ask
Anything else: ask Cass in the app, or email support@cast-hub.com. Team CastHub answers by email.
Is CastHub at Home just Digital Frame TV with a new name?
No. CastHub at Home keeps the idea, your family’s photos on the TV, and rebuilds everything around it for a family with several homes and several people adding from their own phones: a new phone app, the family calendar from Google, Apple or Outlook, PDF and PowerPoint pages, short clips, Cass the assistant, and quiet hours, on, off and restart with an Amazon Signage Stick. It runs on the CastHub app, the same one businesses use on their screens.
I pay for Digital Frame TV. Do I have to pay again?
No. Your subscription becomes a CastHub at Home subscription at no extra cost, at the price you pay today, with everything the new app does. Sign in to the new app with the email you already use.
How do I sign in to the new app?
Open family.cast-hub.com on your phone and sign in with the email and password you used for Digital Frame TV. Put it on your home screen: on an iPhone, Share, then Add to Home Screen. If the app asks you to start a plan although you have one, sign out and in again with the email the plan was bought with; if it still asks, email support@cast-hub.com.
My Fire TV says the Digital Frame app is gone. What now?
Amazon removed the Digital Frame app from the Fire TV Appstore in September 2026. Install the CastHub app from the Appstore instead, open it, and add the TV in the new app by the six-digit code it shows. An Amazon Signage Stick on the TV’s HDMI port is the other route, and the only one the app can switch on and off.
Does the old dashboard still work?
dashboard.digitalframetv.com keeps working for now. New things arrive in the CastHub at Home app, which is where the family should sign in from now on.
What if something from my old setup does not show in the new app?
Email support@cast-hub.com with the email on your account. Team CastHub replies by email and moves it over.
Do I need to buy anything for the TV?
Usually not. CastHub at Home runs on the CastHub app from the app store of Fire TV, Apple TV, Android TV and Google TV, Roku, and the Samsung and LG TVs that list it. An Amazon Signage Stick, about $100, is the one to buy if you want to switch the TV on and off, set quiet hours and restart it from your phone.
What does CastHub at Home cost a new family?
CastHub at Home is $299 a year or $35 a month, for up to 6 TVs, any number of homes and any number of people, after a 14-day trial with a card on file and nothing charged until the trial ends. One plan, nothing to add on.
I used Digital Frame TV for my business. What now?
CastHub at Home is for families and personal use. For workplace screens, CastHub for business is the right plan, the same screens platform with the features an organisation needs. Email support@cast-hub.com and Team CastHub helps you move.
