AI control comes with every plan
Ask Alex in the CastHub dashboard, or connect Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot to the CastHub MCP server with an OAuth sign-in, and run your screens in plain words: put a deck on the lobby screens, swap a menu or check which screens are online. CastHub shows every change first and waits for your confirmation. There is no AI add-on and no premium AI tier.
Runs on the TVs you already have
CastHub plays on Amazon Signage Stick, Fire TV, Android TV, Apple TV, Samsung and LG smart TVs, Roku and any computer with a browser, so no proprietary player is needed. Need hardware too? The Amazon Signage Stick bundles pair Pro or Enterprise with the sticks. For family photos and a calendar at home, CastHub at Home is $299 a year for up to 6 TVs.
Questions about the plans
Does CastHub charge per screen?
No. CastHub charges one price per plan, and a screen added inside the plan’s limit costs nothing more: up to 2 screens on Basic, 10 on Pro and 25 on Enterprise. Above 25, the Unlimited add-on covers any number of screens for $79 a month on Enterprise billed annually, $174 a month in total.
How does the free trial work?
Try any CastHub plan free for 14 days. Cancel before the 14 days are up and you won’t pay a thing: in the dashboard, open Profile and click Cancel membership.
What is the difference between Pro and Enterprise?
CastHub Pro shows every content type on up to 10 screens, all playing the same presentation. CastHub Enterprise covers up to 25 screens and adds device groups, so different screens show different things, plus schedules, emergency alerts, a login for each person on the team with roles and spaces, SAML single sign-on and the integration key.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. In the CastHub dashboard, open Profile and click View my subscription/invoices to change plan in the Stripe billing portal. Then click Refresh Subscription in Profile and the new plan applies.
Do schools and nonprofits get a discount?
Yes. Schools, colleges, churches, charities and municipalities get up to 30% off any CastHub plan, on every renewal, not only the first year. Email support@cast-hub.com with the name of the organisation; CastHub confirms its status before applying the discount.
What hardware do I need?
Any TV with a CastHub player: an Amazon Signage Stick, a Fire TV, an Android TV, an Apple TV, a Samsung or LG smart TV, a Roku, or a computer with a browser. The Amazon Signage Stick costs $99.99 on Amazon and is the one player CastHub can restart and switch off remotely. CastHub also sells it in a bundle with Pro or Enterprise.
