How CastHub collects, uses, shares and protects your information on the website, in the dashboard and through the MCP server.

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how CastHub, Inc. (“CastHub,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit cast-hub.com, use the CastHub digital signage platform and dashboard, connect AI assistants to your account through our Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, or otherwise interact with our products and services.

CastHub is a Delaware corporation headquartered in Austin, Texas. We are a business-to-business platform. Our services are intended for use by businesses, schools, churches, and similar organizations, not by individual consumers for personal household use.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

  • Business contact information including name, work email, phone number, company name, and job title
  • Account credentials and authentication data
  • Billing and payment information processed through our payment processor (we do not store full payment card numbers on our systems)

We may use visitor identification service to help us understand which businesses visit our website and to support sales outreach. This information is used only for business-to-business sales and marketing.

We do not knowingly collect information from minors. See the Children’s Privacy section.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the CastHub platform
  • Process subscriptions, transactions, and refunds
  • Authenticate users and protect against unauthorized access
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
  • Send service-related notifications including security alerts, billing notices, and product updates
  • Send marketing communications about CastHub products, which you can opt out of at any time
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve our platform and develop new features
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your account content to train artificial intelligence models. See the AI Assistant Integration section.

AI Assistant Integration (MCP)

CastHub offers a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that allows AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Cursor to interact with your CastHub account on your behalf. This is an opt-in feature.

When you connect an AI assistant to your CastHub account through MCP:

  • You authenticate the AI assistant using your CastHub credentials. The connection is account-specific and revocable from your dashboard.
  • The AI assistant can read and modify only the data you direct it to access (presentations, slides, schedules, device groups, alerts, and your user profile within CastHub).
  • Requests flow from the AI assistant to our MCP endpoint as authenticated API calls. The AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Microsoft, etc.) sees only the content you include in your conversation with their assistant.
  • CastHub does not transmit your account content to AI providers outside of the assistant requests you initiate.
  • CastHub does not use your account content, your conversations, or your prompts to train artificial intelligence models.
  • AI providers operate under their own privacy policies. Their handling of conversation content is governed by your agreement with them, not by this policy.

You can revoke an AI assistant’s access at any time from your CastHub dashboard.

How We Share Information

We share information with vendors that help us operate our business, including hosting and cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure), payment processing (Stripe), email and communications (Microsoft Outlook), customer messaging and chatbots (Noem.ai), workflow automation (Make.com), website analytics, and visitor identification (RB2B). These providers process information only on our behalf and under contractual obligations to protect it.
