Getting started
Welcome to CastHub
How to sign in, put your first presentation on a screen and get help, in about fifteen minutes.
Your subscription is active
Thank you for choosing the CastHub and Amazon Signage Stick bundle. Your CastHub Pro CastHub Enterprise subscription is active now at dashboard.cast-hub.com, so you can sign in and build your first presentation before the stick arrives.
Your Signage Stick order ships in 7 to 10 business days, to addresses in the continental US only. The Pro bundle includes one stick, plus any you added at checkout. The Enterprise bundle includes two sticks, plus any you added at checkout. Questions about your order or shipping: email support@cast-hub.com.
Your invoice is in the dashboard: open Profile and click View my subscription/invoices to view or download it.
Try it free for 14 days
Thank you for choosing CastHub. Use the next 14 days to set up a screen or two and see how CastHub works for you. Cancel before the 14 days are up and you won’t pay a thing: the account holder opens Profile in the dashboard and clicks Cancel membership next to the plan.
Your invoice is in the dashboard: open Profile and click View my subscription/invoices to view or download it.
Sign in with the email you paid with
Go to dashboard.cast-hub.com and sign in with the email you used at checkout. If you have no CastHub login yet, choose Sign up and create one with that same email. CastHub attaches your plan to the login with the matching email. You can sign in with a password, with Microsoft or with Google.
If the dashboard says there is no active subscription right after checkout, sign out, sign back in with the email you paid with, then open Profile and click Refresh Subscription.
Put your first presentation on a screen
A first screen takes about fifteen minutes. You need a TV or display and a player for it: an Amazon Signage Stick, a Fire TV, an Android TV, an Apple TV, a Samsung or LG smart TV, a Roku, or a computer with a browser.
1. Make a presentation
In the dashboard, open Presentations and click New Presentation. Name it, set the slide duration in seconds, add your slides and save. On Basic, slides come from a PDF of up to 25 pages. Pro and Enterprise also take pictures, uploaded video, PowerPoint, YouTube and Vimeo links, and web pages.
2. Install the CastHub player
On an Amazon Signage Stick, choose CastHub when the stick asks which content management system to use during setup. On a Fire TV, an Android TV, an Apple TV, a Roku or a Samsung or LG TV, install CastHub from the TV’s app store. On a Windows PC or any other computer, open player.cast-hub.com in Chrome or Edge.
3. Verify the screen
The player shows a code. In the dashboard, click Verify device and enter it. You can also go to the address the screen shows, on your phone or computer, and enter the code there. The screen joins your default group.
4. Choose what it plays
Open Devices, find the group the screen is in, choose Presentation and pick the one you made. The screen picks it up on its next sync.
For each further screen, repeat steps 2 and 3. On Basic and Pro every screen is in the default group and shows the same presentation. Enterprise adds device groups, so different screens play different things, plus schedules and emergency alerts. Turn off the TV’s screensaver so it does not cover your slides (how, for each player). The Amazon Signage Stick needs no change there, and it is the one player CastHub can restart, switch off at night and screenshot from the dashboard.
Set up your Signage Stick when it arrives
Plug the stick into an HDMI port on the TV and into power, then follow the setup on the screen. When the stick asks which content management system (CMS) to use, choose CastHub. The CastHub player opens and shows a code: in the dashboard, click Verify device and enter it. From then on the stick starts straight into CastHub, with no app to install and no screensaver to turn off.
To keep slides playing when the internet drops, tick Make available offline in the presentation editor, save, and leave the stick online until the Devices page shows Cached. Uploaded pictures and video play offline. Web pages and YouTube or Vimeo links need the internet (offline playback).
Run the stick from the dashboard
Open the stick on the Devices page and choose Remote Commands to restart it, wake or sleep the TV, clear its cache or take a screenshot of what the screen shows (remote commands, command history). Device Schedules runs the same wake, sleep and restart commands on a timetable, for example the TV on at 7:00 AM and off at 9:00 PM on weekdays (scheduled commands).
Waking and sleeping the TV works over HDMI CEC, which many TVs ship switched off or under a brand name, such as Anynet+ on Samsung, SimpLink on LG and Bravia Sync on Sony (HDMI CEC and display power). The walkthrough below shows a Signage Stick run from anywhere, from 5:49.
Or ask Alex to do it with you
Alex is the AI assistant in the CastHub dashboard, behind the round teal button at the bottom right. Ask in plain words, for example “make a presentation from this PDF and put it on every screen”, or ask where to find something. Alex comes with every CastHub plan, the trial included.
CastHub shows every change Alex proposes on a card first, and nothing changes until you click Confirm. Alex never deletes screens, groups or presentations.

Eight minutes on the real dashboard: a first presentation, a new screen, a weekly schedule, an alert, Alex, and an Amazon Signage Stick run from anywhere.

Connect your own AI assistant
CastHub also runs an MCP server, so Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and other assistants can run your screens once you sign in to CastHub from them. CastHub shows a preview and waits for your confirmation before anything changes on a screen. Connect your AI assistant.
